Memoirs of a Psychologist: A Blog Post Series of Tips for Overcoming Parenting Challenges

Welcome to Memoirs of a Psychologist. As a dad, I really struggle with my responsibilities as a parent at times. As my two boys get older, those challenges only seem to increase.

Parenting tweens and teens is a tough job. You've been there before and know what they're going through, and yet, you still can't seem to agree on hardly anything. They "just don't get it" and neither do you, in their eyes.

We have partnered with Dr. Robert Erdei on this series of blog posts that are geared toward helping you overcome parenting challenges. Our Memoirs of a Psychologist posts are often very detailed and sometimes technical in nature because we want to help you understand the underlying issue.

These posts don't just scratch the surface of your challenges. Memoirs of a Psychologist digs deep, seeking to help you create the change needed to be a better parent and have better relationships with your children.
